GOOGLE ADSENSE DOESN'T NEED ME: DOMAIN OWNERSHIP ISSUE

I tried so hard to have a Google adsense account ,so that I can earn money and boost my income through blogging and just using the blogger.But I really so frustrated of what they done,I never accept my application and they always declined it.I always receive an email about the disapproved application and it so sad to read.

I follow each step so that I will confirm my domain ownership but still it doesn't work.Adsense is so far from my imagination.But that's OK for now.I hope so someday they will realize that I am capable and deserving for the Google adsense account...
