Paksiw is one of a Filipino delicacies and favorite dishes in the table during meal time.Paksiw is a kind of cooking which uses vinegar and water,fish of meat like pork and chicken can be cooked as paksiw.Paksiw is the common food for some poor people in the Philippines as the cost of cooking it is not so expensive and the ingredients is so cheaper than any food in the table.And the cooking is so very simple that you cant imagine that is already a delicious paksiw after all.
HOW TO COOK PAKSIW?
It is so easy to cook paksiw,the first thing you should do is pick the right ingredients to like selecting if fish of a meat you will going to cook as paksiw,then after selecting place the meat if you choose meat of fish in the pot or a pan then add vinegar and some water,add onions and garlic or a bell pepper,then cover and start the fire and watch as it boil and low the fire after it boils for just 3-5 minutes and that's it.The delicious paksiw in the making.
Some paksiw are added vegetable like eggplant or ampalaya as it enhance the flavor.Also some paksiw are using a leaves of mango or banana as enhance it smell and flavor too.Any kind of fish can cook as paksiw and you can invent another kind of paksiw if you want too.
